Great platform and great customer success
What do you like best? The platform is flexible, innovation is fast, and the customer success team is great What do you dislike? Sometimes extra flexibility makes the system hard to use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have gained visibility to our customers actions and automated our customer success touch points. We have seen reduced churn and increased upsell.

What do you like best? I like having all the data in one place. When you have CZ you don't need to create your own system to view and analyze data. My dedicated CSM Naomi Aiken is the best! She is very friendly and is a product expert! Morgan Carson made implementation very easy! She is a great resource at CZ. They have tons of helpful resources if you ever have a question. Churnzero is great!
What do you like best? I like how easy churnzero is to use. I can log in and look at the metrics I need for the accounts I manage. What do you dislike? Great User Experience and Data Insights using ChurnZero

ChurnZero has saved us so much time!
What do you like best? ChurnZero is a great tool to quickly communicate with all of your customers through a couple of steps. We implemented it right before the COVID-19 crisis and reaching out to thousands of customers would have been very time consuming prior to using Churn. Outstanding Support
What do you like best? Along with helping us become much more organized, the support that we've received (shout out to Lucas!) has been outstanding. He has challenged us to think outside the box in coming up with creative ways to segment our customer base so that we can support them better. What do you dislike? CZ Pulls ALL Relevant Business Data into One Centralized Dashboard, and Makes Data Actionable
What do you like best? I like the Command Center, which shows me all of my tasks and alerts that need my attention in one easily- managed dashboard. I also like how customizable the Segments are, so I can pull in the all of the data points that are relevant for me in a list view. What do you like best? The play functionality is allowing us to communicate with our customers in a super-easy way. It is helping us to give a high touch feel to our low touch clients.
