What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love the way all of my accounts are organized, how I can create an endless number of segments based on the identifiers I need most, and how I can create plays for my accounts. I like tasks best, as it's the easiest way to keep track of everything I need to do, what accounts I need to manage, and how to best identify high churn accounts. What do you like best about ChurnZero? "Crucial Tool For CSM's"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I have used many different CS softwares in the past. CZ is the most advanced one I have seen in my career. The automation that you can build is incredible and really takes repetitive tasks off of the CSM's plates, so they can spend more time on important items. I also really love the AI features. What do you like best about ChurnZero? So many things: - The ability to easily keep track of all client interactions - The ability to keep track of usage and set notifications if usage drops. - How easy it is to send out plays to multiple clients at once - How easily it integrates with other products, such as salesforce - Their stellar customer service!
