What do you like best about Churn360? I love how simple and intuitive the UI/UX is, helped us shorten our adoption curve. What do you dislike about Churn360? Can't think of any cons of the product at the moment. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us streamline our Onboarding process and also increase the operational efficiency.

"Churn360- A Platform for your entire post acquisition team"
What do you like best about Churn360? Churn360 helps us in managing all our clients post-sales, and to have all the information in one place is a dream come true. Also, the workspace for CSMs is amazing. What do you dislike about Churn360? I can't think of anything at the moment. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving us the dashboard with all the information and metrics that need to be monitored by the management.

"A very flexible and solution for CSMs and beyond"
What do you like best about Churn360? The fact that I am able to view and manage multiple touchpoints in a customer's journey for a client makes Churn360 a great platform to work. What do you dislike about Churn360? Nothing for now. Not faced any issues with the tool yet. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? One view of multiple customer success managers is something that I always wanted and I am able to achieve with Churn360.

"Great tool for startups!"
What do you like best about Churn360? All the features! So easy to use and to get all that I need without extra fees is great. We were up and running after just a few weeks. What do you dislike about Churn360? So far, I would like usage based playbooks and being able to add new customers without an import. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? To get an overview over all of our customers and what we need to improve in our customer journey.

What do you like best about Churn360? What do you like best about Churn360? I like to set up Plays and also the ability to have my own workspace. What do you dislike about Churn360? For now, none that I dislike about Churn360. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Churn360 is allowing me to capture the most relevant Customer Success information and give the quick actionable insights.

What do you like best about Churn360? Churn 360 provides insight into the customers who need immediate attention based on their Health Score. It is customizable as per our needs, flexible even. What do you like best about Churn360? Customer data in a single platform which gives access to understanding about our customer - no of agents they use, what kind of product they use and able to see CSM pulse based on health check discussions.
