"Churn360 address all the coustomer needs and gaps."

What do you like best about Churn360? Churn360 complete my dream it give all the information at one platform. It such an amazing tool. What do you dislike about Churn360? Not able to think any cons about this product. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? All the information at a single dashboard. Which is not available on other platforms.

"Unique Selling Feature of Churn360"

What do you like best about Churn360? The best part is the services that they have provided so far. I would definitely recommend the product because I seriously feel like it is the unique selling point of the company. What do you dislike about Churn360? "Amazing platform for customer success."

What do you like best about Churn360? Churn360 is a must have tool for any growing customer success team. Since the team is new they put in extra effort to do anything What do you dislike about Churn360? The email templates were not intuitive enough for us. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Nto specifically a problem but we are using Churn360 to improve our CSM to accounts ratio and it is helping us with time.

"Churn360 addressed the gap we had in our process."

What do you like best about Churn360? I just loved the workspace feature, it is very much easier to manage my week and day. Also, I really like health scores What do you dislike about Churn360? Took us some time in getting up and ready with integrations, but the team at churn360 definitely helped us. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? I personally loved the data-driven approach, because I can focus only on clients that need my attention.

What do you like best about Churn360? In Churn360, I loved the dashboard feature, where you can see everything including health scores. What do you dislike about Churn360? There is still scope for improvement as the product is still reaching to the Market fit stage. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? "Churn360 helped us big time!"

What do you like best about Churn360? I love how easy it is to use the system. Also, that all my redundant tasks are being taken care by the system What do you dislike about Churn360? I just didn't like that they don't have a two-way integration with Intercom. But now they are working on it. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving a lot of problems we earlier had, like missing out on renewal reminders arranging QBR's on time etc.

I loved how easy it was for me to get all the information about an account. 360 view of accounts gives you everything including engagements, notes, tickets etc. What do you dislike about Churn360? "Easy to use, fun to work with and saves lots of time"

What do you like best about Churn360? Churn360 is a very intuitive platform, I love how easy it is to navigate through the different tabs and reports. What do you dislike about Churn360? I don't really see any downside using Churn360 for now. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Manage time, which is very valuable while working with customers.

"I just loved Churn360"
