Compliance via configuration

What do you like best? There are a few great benefits - paperless process, expense tracking, small but great features like memorizing claims. But one of the biggest benefit and a win is Expense policy configured within the system - limits, allowances, warnings and violations. Having all these rules configured within the system allows the responsible team address the exceptions more effectively. What do you dislike? Implementation wasn't the easiest - the rule sheets are not user ...

Workflow at it's best

What do you like best? The elimination of paper receipts. By having tools like Chrome River Snap or just uploading right from your workstations, this gives users a quick and thorough way to get their Expense Reports in. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. The system stands by it's purpose. More reporting options would always be helpful Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure prior to go live, that you have the process ready so you can begin ...

Chrome River Review

What do you like best? Chrome river allows you to create a process flow for expense report approvals. It also saves time by allowing data feeds from HR (employee details), corporate credit cards and expenses from a travel system (Concur). The best thing is it enforces your travel policy without adminstrators having to manually intervene on most occasions. What do you dislike? The helpdesk can be a burden to deal with. Sometimes you just walk to pick up the and call a person rather ...

This data is being used to update our T&E policy, to provide simple guardrails. And will help improve our travel program and provide our road warriors a better experience. Also, Chrome Rivers user group, Admirals, has been very helpful. The sharing ...

ChromeRiver - Expenses Simplified

What do you like best? Ease of creating expense reports and managing the receipt functionality. Also the CONUS updates for Government rates is so easy to manage compared to some of the other Expense Applications. The layout and configuration is so easy to manage. What do you dislike? Initially ChromeRiver did not have all the bells and whistles of a true cloud system like the rules in expenses had to be setup by ChromeRiver and there were many things as a client we were able to do. ...

Chrome River - A Good Choice

What do you like best? This system has automated most of the manual work. Corporate card transactions load into Chrome River automatically and also selects the expense type automatically based on the merchant category code. It has very useful features like image reading, Hotel Folio, CR SNAP etc. What do you dislike? In this robust time, more feature and technology can be introduced. Recommendations to others considering the product: Implement Hotel Folio feature, receipt ...
