Easy to Use

What do you like best? Chrome River is easy to use and very intuitive. What do you dislike? I do not have anything negative to say regarding Chrome River. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily viewing and paying company expenses. Benefits are that it is easy for me to track my monthly expenses and pay any balances.

Easy expense reporting

What do you like best? It’s extremely easy to create expense reports and upload receipts. What do you dislike? It runs on flash so it won’t work natively on iPhones. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s easy to review expense reports and accept or return them

Great product with a lot of great customizations

What do you like best? Ability to customize multiple aspects of the system to match with financial OS's. What do you dislike? Can't download receipts/attachments directly out of the system. What do you like best? I most appreciate the reports that I am able to run to find, sort, and sift through data quickly. It is incredibly easy to learn, and it helps me get my work done fast. Easy uploading of receipts for our employees allow faster submissions and faster approvals. What do you dislike? Great Visibility on Business Expenses

What do you like best? Integration with our corporate card program has been such a time saver. All users are able to track and expense their incurred business expenses in a timely fashion, and that helps with decision making. We also integrate with our travel agency, so expencing full trips now take way less time. What do you dislike?
