Very user friendly, great support

What do you like best? Users like it a lot. They are able to understand requirements and from a management point it is easy to get support in the times when you are starting up and learning. It was also a short learning curve compared to other systems. What do you dislike? Chrome River has automated our purchasing card processes and has provided better expense management

What do you like best? I like that we have instant access to all of our purchasing card transactions. No matter where we are, we can easily access reports, make changes, and process expenses. I also like that there are several ways to upload receipts and that we can see exactly where the report is at in the approval process. What do you like best? Chrome River makes submitting reports relatively simple and the approval process is very simple to use. What do you dislike? The two panels aren’t always intuitive to use.
