Basic system

What do you like best? It's a simple system, but very basic. Features are not user friendly What do you dislike? Not very user friendly. Not Smith transition from one screen or feature to the next. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very basic, and not many features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Physical therapy practice with massage therapy and homeopathic medicine. It's an easy to understand system.

My ChiroTouch Experience

What do you like best? ChiroTouch is user friendly. You can learn quickly even if you have no experience in the medical field. What do you dislike? I dislike that there are no calling systems that are set up to contact patients and remind them of upcoming appointments. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the problem of knowing when care plans are abi to expire or what preferences of patients are by using the alert ...

Chiroterrific

What do you like best? I like that this software is simple, innovative, and easy to use. It changes the way patients and doctors communicate. I like that it is accessible in app form and you can have a lightweight device such as an iPad with you while observing a patient. What do you dislike? I didn't get to use the product for too long, I'm not sure how document retention is kept or deleted. Is everything secure? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

10 years of using ChiroTouch

What do you like best? Hands down, the ability to customize HOW I want my chart note layout. What do you dislike? That I'm unable to see in a "windows" like setting previous DOS, limitation of x-ray listing information and that I have to manually transfer the x-ray information when a patient changes accounts...i.e. insurance coverage runs out and they move to a cash status. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My chart notes are now ...

Makes my job 10X easier!

What do you like best? I basically love everything about ChiroTouch, but I would have to say my absolute favorite part would be how customizeable the program is. From short keys, to charges, even the way the doctor codes this is customizeable. What do you dislike? Any problems that I have with the software have nothing to do with the actual software, it more has to do with the customization from my actual boss. The other thing that sucks is when we run updates we usually run into ...

Great serivce, for the cost

What do you like best? We love how seamlessly it helps our office run. We have tried most of the applications they offer and we end up purchasing them all because of how much they help our office run. What do you dislike? There aren't too many things we dislike, the cost is high so there is that. It could be more affordable, but they are really charging for what you get. I dont like that we have down time we have updates. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Simple and easy to learn

What do you like best? This program makes it easy to schedule appointments and tailor the EHR side to your Doctors preferences. What do you dislike? Software glitches and error messages occurred more often than I liked. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Correction of user errors and software glitches was made easy by the chirotouch assistance team. Any problems were quickly resolved with a phone call. Simplified records.

Good program but UI is low in aesthetics and userfriendliness, and no use in external marketing

What do you like best? I like that it has an iPad program, and that we can communicate with other providers securely. I also like that notes can be signed and published on an iPad. I also like that there is ability to review all the notes for a patient easily in a tab. There is customizability in the program for adjustments, technique types, and exams. I also like there is continuing education that is offered, helping me make my practice better, make my business better, and help me solve ...

Chirotouch

What do you like best? I like that it allows you to set up macros What do you dislike? The glitches and inconsistent settings for users. It's also very archaic in esthetics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's difficult to utilize for unorthodox chiropractors. It's for chriopractors that focus on just adjusting and not those that couple it with exercise and similar treatment styles to those. It's also not easy to navigate.

Receptionist

What do you like best? Everything is linked in the program. People can check-in on one screen and it goes straight into their chart. The ledger is easy to read easy to access. What do you dislike? It is very repetitive. You have to click several buttons to get a simple function to work. Often times you have to specify the same thing more than once to get something to go through. Recommendations to others considering the product: Shop around first to see if others are more ...
