Easy to use and navigate
What do you like best? The software is easy to navigate. Connection within office was responsive and quick to update from doctor to front desk so patient was ready to check out quickly. What do you dislike? Can't really say there is any dislikes, no real problems at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ease in end of day reports.

The software can glitch after an upgrade.
What do you like best? I like the layout and the functions of the software. What do you dislike? Every time there is an update the system glitches and shuts down and causes long delays in the patient care. Easy to use
What do you like best? My top three concerns are easily taken of of with this software. Charting goes really fast, especially with the patient check in system that automatically adds to the Subjective section. Alerts on patients are easy to manage so as soon as I open their chart I can get a brief refresher on what the patient's special needs are (if any). Appointments are easy to set up as well and with the reminder system, patients can't use the "I forgot" excuse to miss an appointment. ...

Best system I’ve used
What do you like best? My favorite part about the system is how easy it is to navigate What do you dislike? How the system constantly gives me error messages when trying to open the server What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I realized you have to be patient with the system because if you are moving to quickly, it will freeze

Makes working with Salesforce more efficient
What do you like best? I like the flexibility of the product to configure it to my needs. Their support team is excellent. What do you dislike? There is nothing I can think of at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was looking for a way to update Salesforce from Outlook, so I didn't have to re-enter data. SmartCloud has made this process much more efficient, eliminating the back and forth between applications.

Misleading and poor customer service
What do you like best? I don't have anything to write here. What do you dislike? Chirotouch bought out our previous software and so we were forced to make a change. We didn't have to go with Chirotouch but we did because the concerns that we had were assured to us that they could accomplish them. We asked them if it had mobile capabilities and they assured us that is does. Later, we found out that it does only if you pay your internet company for a static IP address every month. We ...

Works well once everything is set up, but pricy
What do you like best? There is a lot that this program can do. Once you have it figured out, it is easy to navigate. Patient information is pretty easily accessible What do you dislike? The price. What do you like best? What we like best is how user friendly the software is. The information you need is at your fingertips! What do you dislike? The patient sign in needs to be redone. Its very confusing for a patient to click the "finish" butyon Hyatt not be finished and fully signed in until they select "done". Finished should mean finished. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'd rather go to the DMV or court.
What do you like best? That it shuts down. Honestly, while it feels cheap, it does most of what it promises most of the time successfully. It does handle whos checked in vs in the room vs done pretty well, and the scheduler handles multiple doctors well, as long as you are fairly careful scheduling. What do you dislike?
