Chiro Touch is effective and efficient

What do you like best? The macros and tabs that you can customize towards specific doctors. What do you dislike? Servers seem to slow down. Does not happen often though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping current up to date information on all patients in a easy way to access

It is fairly easy to use.

What do you like best? The software is pretty easy to use. They also have great customer service. What do you dislike? Sometimes we have to restart the server, not sure if it is the actual software though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Booking appointments, insurance, billing, etc.

Stay away from this software!!!

What do you like best? It is a basic software that allows us to take notes, manage scheduling and bill services. The same thing that other softwares do at a fraction of the cost. What do you dislike? Ridiculously expensive. You'll need regular support and they WILL nickle and dime you. Their user interface hasnt been updated in about a decade. Customer support is a complete joke. They'll have you waiting for hours and sometimes days just to resolve simple issue. Less and less offices I ...

Every week we get kicked out of the program for a "network connection" issue that only seems to affect this program and not any others. What do you like best? I like that ChiroTouch allows the user to put in micros and use different pre programmed sentences What do you dislike? I find that ChiroTouch seems to go offline a lot and take a very long time to load, resulting in having to log in and out multiple times before being able to access information What problems are you solving with the product? Effective, but poor connection

What do you like best? ChiroTouch is user friendly and intuitive What do you dislike? The app would be disconnected from the WiFi 75% of the time I and the chiropractors tried to use it. There’s something wrong with the ability to maintain connection, it seems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ChiroTouch makes taking pictures for patients’ accounts and uploading them so much faster, and taking SOAP notes is so quick and easy

What do you like best? I like that there are separate apps which allows me to to work on notes and charges separately if i want to do so. What I also enjoy with Chiro Touch is that there is an online community that can help me with my questions. Chiro Touch also offers a great platform under the maintenance part of this software. Innovative and Easy

What do you like best? The iPad apps allow very easy mobile use. This speeds our treatments up. What do you dislike? Sometimes the menus can be a little cluttered and overwhelming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ease of use and speed allows us to see more patients throughout the day. Which means more revenue!

What do you like best? ChiroTouch tries to be the leader in chiropractic software. The support team was good. I enjoyed working with CT for about 3 months. The longer I worked with it, the more I was happy with it. What do you dislike? I disliked having to toggle between the Front Desk and Checking In screens.
