People see a human face, build a connection and increases our chances of converting the client before we have even spoken to them. Not expensive, Matt is always prompt at getting back to you with any setup help and his tiktoks are funny to...go follow :)

Amazing and simple chat platform. When used properly, it can really make your business stand out from the rest, by a lot. I really like the user interface and the customer support is basically amazing. They way video integration was done was super intelligent to help with conversions.

I ran into an issue with a website…

I ran into an issue with a website builder that was, effectively, a one page site separated by an 'anchor' using a hastag Chipbot was not initially set up to recognize the section separations but after a quick chat with Matt, he got the developers into action and after only 20 hours they had the solution, tested it and deployed into the code. There result? My little video displays where it should, and no where else. Matt and his team were excellent! Thanks team for making me look so good!
