Misunderstanding
There was a misunderstanding on a discount that I felt I was owed. I had a text conversation with one of the reps but I wasn't satisfied with the explanation. The manager contacted me directly and gave the appropriate discount (at least in my opinion). What I appreciate isn't the discount but I appreciate a company that takes the time hear my issue and then respond appropriately.
