What do you like best about Canary Technologies? Super simple to use. It barely took any training for our staff and we use it alot. What do you dislike about Canary Technologies? That we didn't have it before! Don't really have anything negative to say. Its pretty straightforward. What problems is Canary Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you? Got rid of the credit card authorization forms. Guest love the ease of use. We've also seen a pretty big reduction in chargebacks.

What do you like best about Canary Technologies? It is secure and fast responding. Email notifications come very fast after a guest submits a form. What do you dislike about Canary Technologies? Many of the clients that fill out the credit card authorization forms are with businesses. They often wish to keep those cards on file for future guests under that company. We have run into the issue that the credit card authorization is under a person's name and not under a company. For example, ...
