"Calabrio WFM has a lot going for them"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? I like that Calabrio WFM is easy to use and user-intuitive. You can also see that they listen to their customers through their IDEAS portal. They've already incorporated into new versions a number of our requests. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? "Calabrio allows my team to schedule with ease."

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? The most helpful part of Calabrio is the ease in which we can not only schedule but get on demand reporting to help our department and company prepare for the future. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? Some parts of the system are not as intuitive as would be expected. Some places work like excel others don't. "Although it offers many features, sometimes it runs way too slow"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? It has a lot of ways to customize exactly how you want things to work. You can create many different rules for different locations, skills, full-time vs part-time, etc. I like that we get weekly meetings to go over any questions or issues. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? My main complaint is how slowly it runs sometimes. "Mostly Satisified"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? I like the user-Friendly interface that comes along with Teltopi. The choice in Colours makes it easier to look at in the web mode. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? Long turnaround time for problems to be resolved, Delays with live time data make it more difficult to use teleopti in a real time fashion. What problems is Calabrio ONE solving and how is that benefiting you? Forecasting and scheduling are a lot easier than previous software.

"Good product but still lacking some features or improvement on some of their existing features"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? I like how simple the forecasting process is in Teleopti, the mannual processes and teleopti web features. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? I dislike that the meeting overview gets stuck quite often and it does not let you move breaks or activities via the meeting overview, so you have to open both the meeting overview and the schedules. "Calabrio ONE appears to be a very stable & reliable platform, but has some limitations."

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Stability. The application is mostly trouble-free. We had one brief issue immediately after our initial deployment, but Calabrio support was able to assist us with a configuration change that resolved the issue. During the time we had this problem, we did not lose any call recordings, which is a major plus. (all activity was queued up, and downloaded into Calabrio once the config issue was resolved. "Calario One worked as advertised"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Accessing Recordings is simple and intuitive. The search function is robust. Live Call Monitoring is very effective. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE?
