What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Calabrio ONE is a software that is not used in Universities like it is used in ours. We are able to record and review our agents with forms that allow them to see their progress and things that they need improvement on. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? "My review of Calabrio One WFM"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Easy to use web GUI. Exports are able to be seen in Chrome and no external client needed. Sync'ing with Cisco Contact center to add users and roles. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? No way to easily troubleshoot client from the web GUI. Upgrades aren't very easy to perform. Need a better failover platform. "Good cloud-based WFM tool"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Easy to configure, you can export a large number of users in seconds, a very user-friendly interface, mobile access is a big plus, excellent support for the client service side. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? Not that good when it comes to creating schedules. What problems is Calabrio ONE solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing multiple rosters, delivering basic reports.

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? I like that it's cloud-based and highly customizable with its filter settings. I particularly love its custom reports. "Large learning curve but easy to use once you know how to"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? I really like the schedules in the web view and how many things we can do in the web rather than the remote desktop client. I would like it if eventually everything can be done through the web client. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? The remote desktop isn't easy to understand and can feel difficult when you are first using it. We had to learn everything after our WFM quit and the remote desktop wasn't user friendly or intuitive. "Calabrio ONE, specifically WFM, is a powerful and easy to use tool for our organization."

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? The tool allows us to schedule based on our complex needs in our multiskilled contact center. We can accommodate how we would like to schedule agents to give them time for personal growth and training while making sure we are meeting the needs of our customers.
