Intuitive for people that don't know…
Intuitive for people that don't know how to use design tools. Templates choices are limiting. If you're a designer you should be designing your own resume template anyways. Also, asking users to give 5 stars reviews in order to get free template upgrades makes me question the credibility of your current trustpilot scores.
