PROS: Flowdock is a good and useful tool to integrate team members and make communication easier. Also, file sharing is available and can be very useful to give access to all it may concern and discuss about it. The user interface is simple, modern, and visually accurate. A great platform to communicate in a collaborative environment

PROS: CA Flowdock is a great platform to communicate in a collaborative work environment. You can get email notifications when someone messages you and the app is wonderful for after work hour communication. Our company loves using the emojis and putting GIFs into our daily chat and humor. It also has our Twitter feed on the side of the chatroom where we see what the market is saying about us. CONS: They don't have video chat unlike other similar products which already have that.

PROS: CA Flowdock solves the problem of the mess of simultaneous messages. It's possible to see only the messages related to a given point. It also has fantastic integration with GitHub and Jenkins, and a really great SDK for writing your own extensions. CONS: They have done nothing to solve the proliferation of flows (Hipchat equivalent: rooms) and flows cannot actually be deleted, just disabled (which adds to organizational cruft on any admin page).
