"A good solution for small teams - when it works"

What do you like best about CA Flowdock? It's super easy to track conversations within Flowdock, whether the communications are one to one or with a group of coworkers. Flowdock is also an inbox saver, as many communications that could happen within an email exchange are easily handled within the simple Flowdock interface. What do you dislike about CA Flowdock? "Key to our Internal Collaboration"

What do you like best about CA Flowdock? I like that I can seamlessly switch between group conversations and 1 to 1 conversations. Easy to tag coworkers on specific messages as well. What do you dislike about CA Flowdock? Once there have been a lot of messages, it's difficult to find a message from many days ago. It's frustrating that after I have read a message it still tells me that I have an unread message. It stays yellow even after I've read the message. What problems is CA Flowdock ...

What do you like best about CA Flowdock? You can comment on individual messages unlike in Slack. What do you dislike about CA Flowdock? The whole system is like being a part of multiple mass email threads. What problems is CA Flowdock solving and how is that benefiting you? Trying to avoid using email. We do not really send any emails.

"Flowdock as a messaging app is probably not the best choice "

What do you like best about CA Flowdock? The only true useful feature that I like in Flowdock is threads. Ability to carry a separate conversation in the main flow. Threads have are color-coded and can be viewed in a sidebar. Feature is simple but really useful. What do you like best about CA Flowdock? It was our first foray into chat, brought in by our engineering team. Going from nothing to channels based chat was a big step up. What do you dislike about CA Flowdock? It isn't maintained like competitors. Lacks apps and integrations. Hard for non-technical users to use. What do you like best about CA Flowdock? Seamless integration with the development environment, chatbots. What do you dislike about CA Flowdock? Mobile experience needs to be better. Including better cloud sync with desktop/web apps, offline and login experience. What problems is CA Flowdock solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about CA Flowdock? Well, it has basic chat functionality. Separate flows for different topics. You are able to send messages to others. What do you dislike about CA Flowdock? There is only minimal opportunities to configure the chat. Layout is loose, I get spammed about people joining channel (Slack groups those together) and people changing their nicks.
