"Extremely straightforward User interface and great Customer services!"

What do you like best about Brushfire? The UI is straightforward to use. Setting up an event takes very little time and creating multiple pricing tiers is straightforward and almost anyone can do it. "Very robust platform, company actually listens to your needs."

What do you like best about Brushfire? First off the people there are great to work with, they take the time to understand your needs and find a way to address them. The support has always been spot on to make sure your events look and perform the way they were meant to. What do you dislike about Brushfire? What do you like best about Brushfire? It is relatively easy to find transactions and pull reports. There doesn't seem to be a ton of problems or glitches when using. What do you like best about Brushfire? I like how much you can customize and still have your event registration look modern and professional. What do you dislike about Brushfire? I dislike the group registration function. I think it could have more options that would make it just a little more convenient for what we're doing. What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you? Brushfire is helping us manage all of our event and camp registrations.

Dustin always responds promptly to questions and is very helpful in assisting with and resolving any issues. We have used the Brushfire app several years without complaints from customers. What do you like best about Brushfire? The event registration customer service has been amazing! The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to support me as the organizer and my attendees. What do you dislike about Brushfire? The ability to use this for so many things for events (sales, check in, monitoring, etc.) We were able to not only track how many people had signed up for our events, but also collect attendee information and demographics, (which helped us to plan for the event), contact information (to send those who had gotten tickets or registered for the event necessary information beforehand), and a check in list that we can use electronically (to tick off names ...

What do you like best about Brushfire? Customizable (for example: plug and play reports, multiple registration paths etc.) - User friendly for attendees - Fees are reasonable - free registration set-up What do you dislike about Brushfire? What do you like best about Brushfire? Brushfire makes it easy to access each feature, easily pull registration reports What do you dislike about Brushfire? Sometimes to make small changes to have to go through extra steps What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you? We host an online conference, and Brushfire allows registrants to to register for their appropriate category and for us to communicate with them regarding logistics.
