"Working with Brushfire is a dream!"
What do you like best about Brushfire? Their software is wonderful and helps us accomplish all of our event registration needs, I love the east to use interface for users, and their team is so helpful & quick to respond when we need them! What do you like best about Brushfire? Customer service is very important to Brushfire and us. What do you dislike about Brushfire? At the current time, we have no issues.. What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you? Being organized and tacking sales for athletic events.

"Great system with data storage!"
What do you like best about Brushfire? Love that this system is easy to use and the training materials are very thorough What do you dislike about Brushfire? Do Not like that the implementation was a little bit rocky with this system however the company is very helpful in getting us set up What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using brushfire to help with data management and also to help make processes more efficient

"Great Ticketing System for Non-for Profits"
What do you like best about Brushfire? We are a medium size church that utilizes ticketing for many free events. This is challenging with sites designed for businesses and larger corporations. Brushfire has an appropriate scale for our size and needs. What do you dislike about Brushfire? "Highly recommended"
What do you like best about Brushfire? It saves a ton of time on the day! Also leading up to the day it makes registering very easy, straightforward and gives an accurate up to date count of attendance. It's also helpful for reports afterwards. What do you dislike about Brushfire? "User-friendly for both sides of the event!"
What do you like best about Brushfire? I love that as an admin, I can log in to the back end and easily navigate the set up for each. I can use templates and not have to recreate the wheel each time. As a viewer/attendee, I can easily see info about the event and register easily. What do you dislike about Brushfire? It gets a little clunky on the emails to attendees section. Lots of settings there that do take some time to learn before sending out the email properly. What problems is ...

Brushfire is robust enough to handle our event-registration needs--both on a large scale, and small-group events, too--and still simple enough to learn on the fly.
