Vital for freelancers

I have found Bonsai to be a vital bit of kit to help manage my time, clients and setting myself tasks throughout my freelancing career. Would highly recommend trying it out!

I've been freelancing for around 2 years. As a fairly new freelancer, it was the legal / technical aspects that I was concerned with for my business. Bonsai comes fully equipped to handle clients, projects, time tracking, contracts, invoices, finances (accounting / taxes) and reporting. Bonsai for Video production

I've been using Bonsai for my videography business for the last 6 months! It's well worth it. Great to be able to put together contracts and invoices so quickly.

Bonsai is exactly what I needed!

Bonsai is exactly what I needed. Even though my freelance work doesn't need all the bells and whistles Bonsai offers, 1) What I need is there, and 2) if my work ever does reach the complexity of those features, they're already there, ready to be used. The interface is elegant and intuitive, and time-tracking is a snap. I wish I'd found Bonsai earlier, and I can't imagine leaving it for any other platform.

Love Bonsai CRM - always updating and adding new features that are pertinent. Haven't had major issues - quick response time when contacting support. Love the templates for proposals and excited for the growth of the CRM.

Simplifies my freelance business

Bonsai has taken a huge burden off my shoulders when it comes to managing my freelance clients. Particularly things like contracts, billing, and tracking expenses. Those alone have transformed my ability to focus on design and less on "paperwork". Plus the platform is easy to use and well designed. I recommend it to anyone who freelances.

Bonsai has been awesome

Bonsai has been so helpful for my small business. I'm a freelancer, and it's great to have the tools I need and none of the ones I don't. Much easier and more functional than Quickbooks! Oh, and the customer service is phenomenal as well. :)

Their easy to use templates & proposals…

Their easy to use templates/proposals was the part that won me over. As a freelancer in the SEO industry, this tool has been paramount to my success for not only me, but my clients as well. They also easily allow customers to pay with PayPal, which many others don't yet have. So that integration is a very nice feature.

Great small business tool!

Bonsai is incredibly easy to use for small business owners. We have loved being able to house all of our contracts in the tool, as well as all of the invoicing!
