About half the drivers in Nairobi…
About half the drivers in Nairobi cancel after you waited for 6 to 8 minutes. Today it happened 3 times in a row. Only the 4th driver came to pick us up. There should be penalties for drivers who cancel rides frequently

What do you like best about Bolt? Have had a great experience with everyone I've worked with. If it isn't something available they will push it along to see if the change can be made. They have even ear market product issue to get ahold of me when the problem is changed in the future. Usually get a response with in 24 if not a lot sooner.
