"Exactly what we needed!"

What do you like best about BoardSpot? BoardSpot was extremely easy to set up, the trial was incredibly helpful for our board to test it, and it's just the things we need - not too much to take on. What do you dislike about BoardSpot? I haven't found things that cause complaints. As the admin, it was easy to set up and it was easy to explain to a range of users. What problems is BoardSpot solving and how is that benefiting you? We bring new board members on regularly and they want ...

"BoardSpot is a great solution for our nonprofit!"

What do you like best about BoardSpot? BoardSpot helps me to stay on track with board and committee activities. I use the Dashboard often to keep abreast on my next meeting and future meetings as well. I frequently access the "People" section for contact and committee info. The "Meetings" section's ability to hold all information pertaining to particular meetings including the minutes helps to ensure that all minutes are accounted for and accessible to board members. It allows all trustees ...

"An efficient and intuitive program that allows seamless communication with board members"

What do you like best about BoardSpot? BoardSpot allows our organization to minimize the time and effort it takes to be responsive and accountable to our board. This program is an excellent collaborative tool; I can find contact info, create agendas, send reminders, see RSVPs, run our meetings, and post pertinent information for our board all in one place. It is not only a time-saver, but an efficient way to organize our governance items. What do you dislike about BoardSpot? Any issues or ...

"We've had a great experience using it since the start of 2019."

What do you like best about BoardSpot? Easy to communicate information to all board members at once, RSVP is so helpful, and allows me to post the documents for discussion and not have to email them separately or print copies. What do you dislike about BoardSpot? I'd like the board packet feature to include different formats of documents instead of just PDFs. "Easy onboarding, clear UI & UX, with integration in calendar apps"

What do you like best about BoardSpot? As a busy executive, I thought that BoardSpot was extremely easy and straightforward to use. In fact, it includes a lot of features that boards use — such as voting, attendance, and quorum tracking. The integration with calendar apps is impressive, as users can respond with their own calendar apps (Attending vs Not Attending) and the web app tracks and displays these very easily. Bios, profiles, and photos of boardmembers and staff is easy to access. ...
