"Boardable is Stupid Easy"

What do you like best? The Boardable platform is very user-friendly and straightforward. My board, usually made up of retirees and technologically challenged, found it easy and extremely convenient. The ability to upload documents as they are available reduces our printing costs and board members can review documents at their leisure. What do you dislike? "The best board portal for nonprofits!"

What do you like best? We love how easy it was to set up. As the administrator I was able to add our 30 board members and key staff and easily assign their access to committees. It was easy for our very busy board members to sign up and start receiving notifications from the portal regarding meeting dates, advance materials and minutes. What do you dislike? "Easy and organized"

What do you like best? Boardable makes it easy to keep track of all our documents in one place. I love being able to make folders for each meeting and adding the documents so they are easy to access for every member. What do you dislike? I had trouble with adding the time of our meetings. It kept changing my time zone but it was easy to fix with a little help from the Boardable team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Effective & userfriendly"

What do you like best? I truly appreciate the ease and how user friendly boardable is. No one has had a difficult time figuring out how to use the system, or find documents. I look forward to continuing to see what the rest of the portal offers. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to send direct links to documents. Not sure if i can do that. "Boardable Experience"

What do you like best? The ease of use with a clear interface and collaborative tools. The combination of planning, organization and interfacing with existing tools makes it a breeze to stay on the same page. What do you dislike? Most issues have been addressed by Boardable in a timely manner like the ability to invite people outside of the organization to meetings. Having a shared calendar to see all events, not juts your meetings would be helpful. Recommendations to others considering the ...

"Easy to use with lots of features"

What do you like best? Boardable has all the features we need plus uploading files are easy. What do you dislike? I would like the ability to turn off the RSVP options for meetings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using Boardable to better organize our meetings with both the board members and our management staff. The document center is a great benefit for eliminating the printed hand-outs for our meetings.

"Great way to keep communication and files in one place"

What do you like best? Boardable has allowed us get all of our documents, files and conversations organized into one place. It has been very helpful to easily find files now that we know right away where everything is. What do you dislike? It has been tough to get all of our board members to use the platform. Out of 11 board members, we only had 1 that was already using Boardable so there's been an adoption curve for our organization. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

What do you like best? The simplicity and user-friendly platform What do you dislike? I am worried about running out of storage but we will cross that bridge if/when we get there. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? (1) Providing our board and executive staff with access to information that they need. (2) Having a depository for our documents for the use of our auditors.

"Amazing! Where Have You Been My Whole Career??? "

What do you like best? Board portals are incredible tools and boardable just does it right. I wish that I had been using a tool like this for my whole career. No more email strings and we now have a centralized source of truth and history. Any board not using this is wasting time and money. Just sign up and get started! What do you dislike? No app yet. "User friendly and responsive"

What do you like best? Love that the Boardable team is so responsive to our questions and progress. They send us follow up to assist us in our knowledge-building, and even created a short video tutorial to address specific needs of one of our teams! What do you dislike? Still trying to figure out how to keep all emails out of the junk filter. It is possible some of this is due to our IT settings. However, the Boardable team is working with us to figure it out.
