"Awesome, affordable board hub!!"

What do you like best? I love that Boardable is so user-friendly and affordable. Our board is comprised of volunteers as we are not-for-profit. Therefore, we are very conscious of their time and our expenses. Boardable does everything we need it to do and does it very efficiently. What do you dislike? I wish there was a chat/virtual meeting ability. My board can't always get together when I need a quick vote on something with a good audit trail. What problems are you solving with the ...

"Great Tool"

What do you like best? I like that data can be stored electronically and that all members can access at any time. What do you dislike? The back function, switching from document to document and the need to download. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Much more organized and able to keep everyone well informed.

"I love having all board information in one place."

What do you like best? I love having all board information in one place. What do you dislike? Would like to make it a little more event friendly (not just board meetings). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Online voting saves a ton of time

"Boardable is very user friendly and easy to jump in and get started!"

What do you like best? What I like the best about the Boardable product is the ease of use. What do you dislike? At this point in time I do not have anything that I dislike with this product. We have had internal delays in getting this product off the ground with our Board. We are looking forward to full implementation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reducing printing costs and streamlining our Board meeting materials.

"Boardable from the start."

What do you like best? Our family business launched our board last year and at that time we were looking for a service to help host our content and meetings. Many services out there cost 10x-100x as much, and don't provide much more than Boardable. It has worked perfectly for our team and I'm very happy we went with them. What do you dislike? Nothing, it's very simple to use and all users find it easy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great addition to our board; it helps ...

"Great option to get your Board organized!"

What do you like best? The support is very responsive. Reasonably priced. The tools for creating the agenda and the minutes are big time savers. The discussions section is a great way to hash things out before a meeting at the members leisure. The polls are a great way to have a permanent record of Board decisions. What do you dislike? The inability to create links to document folders to make it easy for the members to get to the documents they need to review. The lack of a save button in ...

"A great system to manage multiple groups."

What do you like best? Our organization has 15 boards with various subcommittees. Boardable has been an easy system to onboard over 200 users to the platform easily. It is an extremely user friendly system compared to many of the others on the market. What do you dislike? It doesn't have some integration in the meetings for notes for staff that would be helpful. It is a newer product so they do keep adding new features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

"Best way to keep your board organized"

What do you like best? The best part about Boardable is that it allows me to do everything Board related on the same place. From organizing a meeting, and creating the agenda to keeping the files my board needs in the same place. What do you dislike? I wished for a while that we could do meeting minutes right on the platform, but now we can. Recommendations to others considering the product: It has everything the other guys have at a more affordable price. It's easy to use and your Board ...

"Great tool for streamlining board communications and operations"

What do you like best? The calendar feature helps us keep board members informed of things happening at the organization without having to send them dozens of e-mails. The Documents area allows us to keep all of our organizational documents online where board embers can access them at any time. What do you dislike? The biggest problem we have had with Boardable is not with the app, but with board members who are not tech savvy and don't want to take the time to use it, even though it's ...
