"Awesome product for Architecture Professionals"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? What I like best about the program is the ability to do corrections alongside the reviewer. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? When heavy files are in use, the program can slow down significantly and seem frozen in place. Recommendations to others considering Bluebeam Revu: There are a bunch of add-ons for architectural offices that help with ease of use when correcting drawings. What problems is Bluebeam Revu solving and how is that ...

"This program is very powerful."

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? I like having the power to freely edit documents the way that I envision. I appreciate the wide variety of tools that allow me to markup a document and send to others. I also like how easy it is to combine existing documents into one. Whether I use the copy and paste tool or the combine tool, there are multiple ways to go about combining pages of different documents. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? I dislike how not all documents are ...

"Bluebeam is the most comprehensive PDF editing software to date"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? Bluebeam allows me to create quick markups to share with my project team. It is very customizable, and Bluebeam studio session is crucial for working across offices and disciplines. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? The Bluebeam interface isn't the most intuitive. I also run into glitches occasionally, most recently with the text on the interface itself. The program is still completely worth it, though. Recommendations to others considering ...

"A must for quick PDF based communication."

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? I can quickly markup PDFs to help launch conversations directly in context. Also very sketch ideas up roughly to scale. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? I usually have to tweak font size, line weight, margins, opacity etc for markup when I'm working in a new document. I don't think there's any easy way around this though. Recommendations to others considering Bluebeam Revu: If work with architectural plans at all - this software is a must. ...

"Versatile Tool"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? Cost! Bluebeam Revu packs-in numerous tools considering the price. I use it for quick & basic take-off, editing PDFs, reviewing & commenting on PDFs, combining PDFs. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? The take-off capabilities are lacking to mediocre at best. Visual takeoff is based on line points & pixel scales & not actual scale. Also, filtering take-off output is wonky. Saving take-off "tools" is cumbersome. What problems is Bluebeam Revu ...

"Elite PDF Editor"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? The best part of Bluebeam Revu is the capability of editing PDFs and hiding stuff that shouldn't be there. It is easy to update forms, etc. in this PDF Editor because you can choose any of their fonts and match it to the rest of the form. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? The only thing I dislike is that it is not as standard across the industry. Most people use Adobe so it can be hard to find users with knowledge of Bluebeam. It is the best ...

"One of the best software for Construction."

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? Best for reading/managing construction drawings and documents. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? There is not much to dislike from my end up till this date depending on my usage of this software. What problems is Bluebeam Revu solving and how is that benefiting you? We are reviewing drawings in detail for estimating. I can easily do plan markups, some of the floor plans are not scaled, and Bluebeam can resolve this.

"Excellent collaboration tool"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? Bluebeam is very easy to use. It is more than a highly integrated PDF reader and editor; it includes a collaborative Studio function, where team members can be invited to collaborate their various comments onto a single document. Comments can be assigned to others for action and sorted by author, date, color, type of markup, etc, and exported as a report. Some of the editing tools I really like include modifying images to be transparent and color ...

"Easy way to import and export large scale plans."

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? I like the ability to import large-scale plans and then being able to zoom in and concentrate on small sections without losing the scale the best. This allows us to revue everything correctly and appropriately. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? When the plans are stamped by us with the stamps we created and uploaded into Bluebeam, we cannot export them directly from Bluebeam with the stamp on them back into our permit software. We have to ...
