I used the bitpay payment processor. My transaction get refused by you guys. Force me to create a account to refund, and dont verify my email adress when pressing the link, everytime i open de email link, the page tells me it send me a new verification email and it repeats this till infinity. Now the chat support bot ask for a invoice ID while you guys dont give a invoice ID so. so, 1. Fix your payment processor 2. Fix your website and email verification system 3. First: Stay away from any company like BitPay that does not have a customer service phone line. They spend more energy hiding behind crafted emails rather than helping you solve any issue. They spend days crafting texts & lines to avoid your issue & cover their backs. Second: Their customer service was so unhelpful & unsympathetic, responding with generic FAQ responses instead of actual help to the issue. Seems like a scam. No reply to emails or tickets. Money goes missing.

No customer service, do not share your data with them

No customer service, no responses to verification, no responses to the following support requests. Total waste of time. Do not share you details, I believe they're just harvesting data and not providing a service.

I was paying anvoice to a third party…

I was paying anvoice to a third party and they recommended bitpay. I paid exactly what was asked and next thing i got a message saying the funds were being returned to me as there was not enough to cover the invoice. That was a week ago. They took abt 50$ and im still waiting. They sent an email yesterday with some story and they will pay it yesterday..still waiting. I cant get into the app and the emails get returned?? Really bad. Cananyone tell me how to reach them?? Tx

Appears not operational anymore

Sent documents for verification as a merchant. Over two weeks have passed, no reply whatsoever despite claiming that a review takes up to 5 days. Opened two tickets with support a week ago, no reply there as well.

I was looking for a way of using some of my Mining income that I started doing to have extra money, and I only get $100 a month for forcing my PC to work 24 hours a day. So it is quite valuable to me, especially with Covid going on. I pretty much lost it all on Bitpay with nothing in return. After funding my Bitpay wallet for $3.95 in Fees from Atomic Wallet, Bitpay wanted over a $15 fee for a $20 Giftcard.
