What do you like best about BetterCloud? Firstly, I will say that organizations can stand on the quality of their support. BetterCloud is one of the more responsive, friendly, and helpful support teams I've engaged with in my career. "Fantastic team with a great product"

What do you like best about BetterCloud? When we initially engaged with BetterCloud as a solution for DLP across multiple SAAS products - the support and engagement from the Implementation team were fantastic. They took the time to work through our use cases and understand the culture of our organisation to ensure we got things right. We had weekly meetings initially and then these moved to fortnightly. We were often kept updated in terms of the product roadmap.

"Essential for large organizations"

What do you like best about BetterCloud? Normally I have to rely on GAM to do bulk and complex tasks. With BetterCloud I can work in an interface that's easier to deal with than the Google Admin pages for tasks I used to have to go to the command line to do. Even better, it has allowed me to migrate some tasks I had to do over to the helpdesk and other admins.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? BetterCloud takes away the error-prone nature of opening and closing of the company toolbox for employees entering and leaving in a structured and secure way. It also adds to the security of the IT check list by using searches to find taboo material, if social security numbers or credit cards are being types in messages across different applications used in the company. BetterCloud provides them additional visibility, insights, and policy controls for their Workspace users. BetterCloud is an enterprise class management tools that provides for detailed policy controls. I ensure all my customers evaluate BetterCloud as part of their Google Workspace management tools.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? We are are pure cloud IT infrastructure company. BetterCloud is a must-have tool for us to manage about 15 SaaS platform access control. It has many great features for onboading/offboarding, workflows and audit. Can't image how many manual repeatedly works had to be done without this tool.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? Workflows and rules are powerful, and let you automate a lot of the mundane tasks of managing SaaS But also their customer support is super nice and responsive!

What do you like best about BetterCloud? It gives you the administrative tools, options, and workflows that should come with the products themselves, yet don't. For Google Wrokspace/G-Suite (whose admin console still feels like a work in progress) in particular it has been a life-saver. The ability to oversee and set delegate accounts on an administrative level is very useful, and to overwrite missing or incomplete signatures, both individually and with automation.
