Excellent Resource

What do you like best? Flexibility and card controls are excellent. Allows us to track and control expenditures and where cards are allowed to be used. What do you dislike? Bank transfer take too long and create a problem prior to weekend What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allows our drivers to pay for parking and expenses without having to do reimbursements

Great for small business

What do you like best? With Bento I like that for my small business, which I need two separate cards, they don't have a charging fee. What do you dislike? The thing I dislike about Bento is what they charge after use of two cards. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? An easy solution for handling expenditure records for both employees and contractors

What do you like best? All the expenditures records shown in a dashboard and it is pretty handy What do you dislike? We are satisfied with what bento offered so far Recommendations to others considering the product: Try the 2 months trials and see whether would fit your company What problems are you solving with the product? It works great for us!

What do you like best? We use the Team Bento service as we have several employees who do a lot of traveling, which can be challenging costs for employees to cover upfront. The Bento cards have completely solved this problem for us and our employees are able to attend their meetings and arrange their travel with autonomy and ease. What do you dislike? Great product when you have employees on the road.

What do you like best? I have several employees using the card for when they're on the road. The cards track the expenses and update me on the balance. Great for anyone who has employees that travel. What do you dislike? If I could change something is the 2 days wait for the money to show in the card when I recharge. Flexible

What do you like best? I like that I'm able to easily categorize transactions. What do you dislike? I wish the utility cards also allowed us to sign in and upload receipts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a mobile sales team and multiple locations so it helps centralize expenses.

What do you like best? I absolutely love the ease of controlling the card. I also love that I can control the card from my cell phone. This makes it very convenient if I need to turn off a feature or disconnect the card during the day while I am away from the office. It also alleviates the need for us to have to purchase fuel cards. Easy to use and the new website makes my job even better!

What do you like best? Complete control of how the cards work. I can turn them on and off and even control the days of the week or times that they work.
