What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Bazaarvoice has been great for our team, the contact person we work with is always responsive and the community they have now makes it easy to learn new things and fun to also earn points. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I haven't had any major dislikes so far. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? It is very helpful to have reviews come into one central place where they can be viewed and responded to all in the same platform. The auto-generated email is a great failsafe to prevent any reviews from falling through the cracks. The weekly report is also a great tool to summarize the previous week's reviews and interactions. What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? 1 review is as valuable as 15 reviews for most of our products. The sampling network is very robust and although it does take some time to get it going, it is affordable and well worth it. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?
