What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? We use Bazaarvoice primarily to dive into consumer insight through their reviews, and Bazaarvoice provides all of the necessary filters, analytics, etc. in their dashboards that is needed to successfully generate these insights. What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Simple to use. Easy to find information you are looking for. Changes can be published without development effort. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Don't like having separate logins for Spark, Ratings/Reviews, and Curations. Recommendations to others considering Bazaarvoice: Do it. What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Curalate is one of my favorite platforms for influencer marketing and UGC generation. I worked with them at Sigma Beauty and General Mills. They work with a TON of big brands (Target) in the Minneapolis area and I have nothing but great things to say about them. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I honestly don't have anything. What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Trying to find, organize and answer every customer question and review across multiple sales channels can be daunting if not impossible. I used to look at x amount of items each day on certain channels to make sure i would touch on all items at least once through out a week. What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The customer support is superb. I was having a problem with their mobile site at first but after contacting the customer support number I was quickly guided through the process. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?
