What do you like best? APi is really easy to use , customer service both technical and billing have been very responsive. the service also has been very dependable What do you dislike? really right now i have not complaints. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we need to reach a large number of people via SMS. We were initially using our own servers , but this has been an affordable solution.

What do you like best? Support is eccellent. The ticketing system is easy to use. What do you dislike? The 911 portal was not shown to me when I first signed up with bandwidth. Recommendations to others considering the product Easy to use and the support is excellent. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? detailed, informational material provided and was very helpful. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes. We have received full support with Bandwidth.com What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? porting numbers using Bandwidth.com, applying for new numbers and 911. Benefit, was realizing how many numbers were not updated with proper 911 address, API issue. But was resolved in quick fashion.

Bandwidth offers quick and accurate solutions to capacity issues

What do you like best? We use bandwidth as a wholesale provider of A-Z termination of LD. Bandwidths ability to work with us quickly and provide new trunking solutions with little to no issues for our customer base is a huge benefit. What do you dislike? Bandwidth is very helpful with resolving rejections in the porting process.

What do you like best? I like that there is a team of experienced professionals that are willing to help whenever needed. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is difficult to get an agent on the phone when the call volume is heavy. There is no option to stay on hold because eventually the system sends you to voicemail. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Resolving rejections in porting from the losing carriers.
