Overall reliable service and great support
What do you like best? Very reliable service, support is fast to respond and generally quick at fixing things. What do you dislike? Nothing really - everything is good overall What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were looking for a reliable partner for US DIDs, voice termination and SMS. We started working with Bandwidth about four years ago and have never felt the need to look elsewhere.

Bandwidth Porting Dashboard and Support Review
What do you like best? When I call in the employees are very friendly and always do their best to help. What do you dislike? We recently had a problem when supplementing a port, the request date would change to first available instead of the date we requested. This caused our customer's to have some outages and made us have to scramble to "snap back" the numbers. What do you like best? The Portal is nice way to navigate and find what we are looking for What do you dislike? High Cost compared to Peerless or Onvoy who have similar services What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great Timely Support Team
What do you like best? I love how responsive Bandwidth support team can be to submitted requests. Issue are handled quickly, courteously and professionally. What do you dislike? The only thing I have issues with are with certain types of reports, they use Jargon our team often does not understand requiring a bit more back and forth that necessary. What do you like best? The online portal. We use this portal on a dally basis to submit port requests, purchase numbers, and make other configuration adjustments. What do you dislike? If I had to pin point one item it would be the challenge of getting FOC from specific carriers for port requests. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? a more cost efficient solution for clients. Ease of access and support.

What do you like best? The web portal is easy to use. The support staff is always helpful. What do you dislike? Perception is there's a bit of turn-over... seems to make it hard to get to know support staff that you deal with. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One-stop for number porting, E911, WP411, TN's, etc.

Great LD carrier
What do you like best? The support is good they generally respond right away, can create tickets with web portal or call in to support and have always had good results, if the person I'm on phone with doesn't know the answer they find someone right away to help. Affordable & Flexible
What do you like best? Price is right for bandwidth, plus they have a ton of options. They are also pretty flexible with the options and while the process for calling into their support used to be weird, it's now a lot more streamlined. What do you dislike? The call quality can be tricky at times. Even when we upgraded our internet sped to fiber, our SIP Trunk was still not the greatest call quality. What do you like best? Being able to reach a Tech on a Sunday at 2am. What do you dislike? Numbers not available in certain areas, we do a lot of business in one of such areas. No SMS-to email option available Recommendations to others considering the product don't hesitate - come on board now. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Provides DID's for most of our foot print.
