Very pleasant & Effective
What do you like best? I love that Kerry Skinner helps with all our needs in a timely manner. What do you dislike? I dislike that there are a lot of personal changes in the "port in" department. I also dislike that we have to call the port in department for updates/requests. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bandwidth helps me with CSR information to help clear rejections. Kerry helps us with any escalations we have.

Great Experience
What do you like best? The extra time and care they give to your accounts and tickets. What do you dislike? It is hard to get a person on the phone during the busy hours. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They help assist us with our porting.

What do you like best? Bandwidth's porting department is always quick to help with any situation. They are always kind and professional while doing so. What do you dislike? When you put in a ticket for directory listing, it takes a while for someone to answer your question. This department does not seem to be as efficient as the porting department. Great text API and support
What do you like best? Speed of the API, pricing and support have all been great. Very happy with the API in general. They have also been good to listen and work with us in terms of discussions about the 1 message per second sending limit. The documentation and portal also work well and the API is logically laid out. When I have had questions on the API support was very helpful. What do you dislike? Professional in every way
What do you like best? I am a people person, so as much as I like to get the job done, the way I'm treated is extremely important to me, and that is what Bandwidth provides. What do you dislike? Very appealing and well put together
What do you like best? The new site is very nicely put together and gathers the applicable products within easy reach. What do you dislike? Bandwidth - solid company; solid network; solid support and personnel
What do you like best? One thing - the network. We have really not encountered any major network outages. Small, little stuff (who doesn't have that but large network issues are non existent. I also like the way that they attack issues that they may have. When I am involved, it is normally an escalation but I find there is no need for me to hold my breath and stamp my feet to get issues solved. The team jumps in and figure out what is wrong. Bandwidth is a great partner.
What do you like best? Bandwidth has been very flexible and easy to work. The onboarding process has been straightforward and easy. What do you dislike? Different platforms/logins for different functions. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bandwidth is providing us with Origination and Termination service, helping us to expand our footprint, and add redundancy to our voice network.
