Does what I need it to do with too a lot of hassle.
What do you like best? Porting is a breeze. If I ever run into a problem they are very responsive about what went wrong and I can work with them to provide the documentation needed to get my numbers ported. What do you dislike? They have multiple portals for their dashboard, their ticketing system and their e911 interface. If there was a single login and proper links bandwidth would be 10 across the board. Always willing to help
What do you like best? Our rep, Holden, is always responsive and helps us to resolve issues. What do you dislike? Sometimes we get stuck with a port, and this can be frustrating to our end users. What do you like best? People are warm and friendly and always willing to help What do you dislike? The only downside I have is there are delays at times with manual off net port requests What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bandwidth is constantly expanding their coverage area, which helps with our customer needs

Awesome service and great support!
What do you like best? They are very responsive and very helpful. They always have a great attitude and very friendly. Support is very knowledgable. We use a variety of services form DID (TN assignments, to e911 services. Its very easy to use and the support portal great! What do you dislike? So far I have not had any issues.
