What do you like best about Avochato? The dashboard is great tool that we use daily to communicate effectively with our staff and the patrons in our facility. What do you dislike about Avochato? I'm not a huge fan of the fact that when people use the number as a traditional phone and call it, that the system takes a voicemail, most of the time that is difficult to use, but that is more of an error on the side of the patron. "Great Chat System For Startups!"
What do you like best about Avochato? Ease of use and the ability to set auto replies. What do you dislike about Avochato? Obtaining customer service surveys is a little difficult. What problems is Avochato solving and how is that benefiting you? Reducing number of phone calls and having customers utilize chat more. As a startup, the easier the communication path, the better!

What do you like best about Avochato? The platform is intuitive, and Alex and team are incredibly responsive.
