I have used Avature for one year with increasing understanding of its utility and capabilities.

What do you like best? I like the journal, the ease of creating lists, reports and requisitions. What do you dislike? The CRM function could be better and notes do not autosave. Great ATS!

What do you like best? I really like Avature reporting. You can get very granular. What do you dislike? You need to be very tech savvy to understand it quickly, unlike other ATS Tools. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's great for Data Analytics.

Globally it was a good ATS, but the system was often slow due the fact that many features got added

What do you like best? It was easy to use. It had many internal options like attaching a candidate to a job, send them e-mails, put in place automatic e-mails, track the steps in the recruitment process. Avature has been easy to use, balancing fast setup with powerful configuration.

What do you like best? The lists tool lets you create anything from task oriented actionable reports, to complex criteria for improved automation within the workflow. I hands down has to be one of the best features of Avature. We use this to create complex rules on restriction workflow progression as well as sending mailers etc. What do you dislike?
