Excellent CRM and Automation Tool
What do you like best? Autopilot is fantastic because of its Journeys feature. It allows you to automate and create complex paths for your new leads/prospects to take. It allows for sophisticated out clauses based on contact actions, SMS notifications, integrations into slack to keep you on top of your prospects. Its wonderful. What do you dislike? Such a Wonderful Automation Platform
What do you like best? FIrst and foremost, I am in love with how easy-to-use and intuitive Autopilot's interface is. Creating our customer journeys drap-and-drop style really works for me and provides me with a great visual. When I was a new user last year, I consulted with their customer support team frequently, and they've always been nothing but friendly, patient, and crystal clear when assisting me with any questions I threw their way. Beautiful User Experience!
What do you like best? After using many marketing automation platforms, autopilot is the most pleasant user interface. The integration with Segment is a big bonus also. What do you dislike? The unique identifier is restricted to email address. An imported contacts list could have multi email duplicates with personal details different for each. E.G. What do you like best? It's funnels that actually do something. What do you dislike? Broadcasts and loops aren't that simple. Recommendations to others considering the product I'd go for it. I've used this product for over two years and I can highly recomend it.
What do you like best? Autoilothq is really great on the support side and the product keeps improving. Its a great alternative to Intercom and are a real player in the space. It definitely wins in the ease of use category and the heads up features are one of the main reason to get a hold of this product. The integrations keep getting added all the time. Backbone of automated nurturing system
What do you like best? The visual interface helps the whoel team grasp the logic of automation. We are able to see things in a way that isn't possible in other systems. I also like that we can work on live journeys and pubish changes.. Some tools don't allow you to do that and you have duplicate the automation to edit it. What do you dislike? # 1.
