Excel plug-ins are not good enough compared to other RPA tools. Lack of knowledge articles. What problems is AutomationEdge solving and how is that benefiting you? Automationedge is RPA tool. So we are using it to automate business process like monitoring, reconciliations etc

What do you like best about AutomationEdge? Extremely easy to use. Automation powerful enough to give proper suggestions for IT Troubleshooting. Users can raise a ticket within a minute if the issue not too severe. Chat interface saves a lot of time which generally other tools will take to search for a suitable option. What do you like best about AutomationEdge? It is really easy to deploy and is very user friendly. Secondly, it has many features and one can automate messaging, UI etc. Even though it is resource intensive, it also has cloud features if you don't have a high end PC.
