The best product on the market for organising digital media

The company have always been very professional from first contact and with any subsequent queries. At the start the software took some time to set up in terms of planning our categories, attributes, groups etc but that's because your connfiguring to your own specifications. The admin function is actually pretty self-explanatory and creating accounts for individual staff with different permissions is easy. Considering the task, Asset Bank made the job easy. With help on hand when you need it and queries answered very quickly, setting up and modifying our own Asset Bank has been relatively straightforward. The Asset Bank itself is very flexible and you can get it to do a lot of things. All text is editable so you can get your message across to your users without haveing to keep asking Asset Bank for assistance but they are there if you do need help.

Asset Bank was chosen by our communications company in spring 2013 and so far it's showing its strength in the ease and speed of adding and finding files in the following media types: audio, documents, graphics, logos, photos, publications and video.
