Great product and excellent service

Asset Bank is a hugely flexible tool that was able to meet all our main needs for sharing digital assets really well. We got a great service that helped us to get up and running within our timeframe.

Great product, efficient support

Asset Bank is a very good product. We had been using masses of folders with deep hierarchy and often discovered 'lost' assets and multiple duplicates. Even after only 1 week of using Asset Bank, we are reaping the benefits of having a professional cloud-based asset management system.Highly recommended.

It is the best low-cost option on the market

The IFAD Image Bank was the last in a long line of steps that we needed to take to make the transition from an analog to a digital photo library. At the time, we had an online archive but we did not have a way of storing high-resolution images together with our data and thumbnails. Good stable product with good support

We have found AssetBank a very stable product with a intuitive and uncluttered user interface. The flexibility in configuration it provides has enable us to satisfy our requirements for managing our digital media assets. Even though we are on the other side of the world the responsiveness in support requests have been very good.

A great product which is easy to use

The tool has worked very well for us over the last few years. We are now looking at the expansion of the tool across multiple departments as it has been well received by others within the business.

Very reliable DAM with intelligent features

Asset Bank is a DAM that allows Marketing teams to distribute collateral to their customers. I like that there is a lot of flexibility in the Asset Bank system and it's not some dumb FTP server- this DAM has very relevant features when it comes to delivering content to many user types including search with suggestions, filters, and lightboxes. Asset Bank is a cost effective way to organize your media resources

We've been using Asset Bank at our school to manage our media resources for the past 4 years and have been very happy with the product. For the price it is more than adequate for the amount of photos and video we produce and manage (5000 images and 50 video productions) every year. Better than the rest...

Asset Bank has nearly all of the features that a large organisation needs, plus there's enough flexibility in the design and page layout to personalise it to our corporate look. The CMS is easy to navigate, the site performs well, and I like the quarterly updates. Operational Groups are a fantastic way to segment different silos's assets without multiple installs. A versatile, well thought- out software.

I have been working with the Assetbank software for a year now, using it to digitize our photographic archives where I work. Assetbank is able to handle the large amounts of data i have uploaded and has useful features, such as the bulk and batch upload processes, that make archiving a large database more efficient. There sometimes seems to be minor glitches at times when using the system but overall, I have found the software to meet my needs very well and I would recommend it to others.
