Asset bank easy to use

What do you like best? I like the publishing and API feature which I use all the time, and also how easy it is to use. What do you dislike? sometimes there can be too many steps to uploading images What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is great for us because we are able to add one image to asset bank and publish it to multiple locations like the website and our printers.

What do you like best? Easy to use interface, excellent 'Help for this page' functionality. Search is very powerful and the navigation and filters are simple and user friendly. What do you dislike? The base level of 'Logged in users' - would be great to have more customisable users rather than folders.
