"Archbee the notion competitor"

What do you like best about Archbee? It has been very comparable to notion as far as I have been using it. Many of my works require diagrams and it has a mermaid editor (to produce state diagrams, gantt charts, etc...). One of the most helpful for what I have used is the Callouts and checklists. This ensures you can focus on what is needed for the reader. The integrations are also excellent. "All in one place"

What do you like best about Archbee? We have multiple locations but our training for many positions are standardized. It was difficult to maintain consistency from one office to the next as different staff and managers would either change positions or leave the company. With Archbee the training documents are easily available to all locations and can be updated with names and contacts quickly and easily. What do you dislike about Archbee? What do you like best about Archbee? You can organize your documents in folders and arrange the hierarchy however you like. I also like that there's a standalone app. What do you dislike about Archbee? Sometimes pasting images makes the app freeze. What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you? "A great tool that saves a tremendous amount of time for our staff"

What do you like best about Archbee? Prior to using Archbee, we had all our policy and procedure stored on a network drive. Nothing could ever be found and keep it all up-to-date was nearly impossible. We slowly moved everything onto Archbee and we made use of the custom URL. It’s so easy to onboard new staff. What do you like best about Archbee? It is easy to use, good limits and a great replacement for my evernote. I lover the features and the ability to share with public and embed on your website etc. The team is responsive and keen to grow the product. What do you dislike about Archbee? "Good as a knowledge base space. Interesting feature for tect diagrams"

What do you like best about Archbee? It is a great space for accessing "knowledge" (as oppose to files) on one single web portal, without sending files around for version updates.
