"Great tool"

What do you like best about Archbee? Archbee is so easy to use. I like all native integrations that help us to create notes very quickly. What do you dislike about Archbee? It would be great if we can have some option to track users how they interact with notes. Simple quizzes, questions etc. And then see some statistics. Something like managing SOPs. What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Archbee mainly for taking our internal notes and feedback from ...

"allows me to create software documentations in no time"

What do you like best about Archbee? It has a fairly simple, elegant and easy-to-use interface that allows me to create software documentation in a very short time, the fact that it has a large number of templates is very useful when creating user manuals or documentation of software for my clients, another thing that I really like is the fact that I can create flowcharts quite easily and quickly to determine the way in which information is currently handled and to simplify the way in which ...

"Useful tool which can run in Windows"

What do you like best about Archbee? I really appreciate when software can actually be installed rather than relying on web access. I find this alone helps with my workflow. What do you dislike about Archbee? For my use, I haven't personally come across anything that has been a big issue. It would be helpful if imported documents included images, etc. Recommendations to others considering Archbee: It does what it is supposed to. What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Great Tool for documenting"

What do you like best about Archbee? Archbee is intuitive and I like that I can toggle between read/edit mode. Furthermore, I like to concept of using archbee as a public wiki/Knowledge base for customers as well as a private knowledge base for my employees. What do you dislike about Archbee? i dislike some small things, such as that images can't be with the text (they have a separate section) Recommendations to others considering Archbee: Great founder with direct contact to him! ...

"Great product if you don't mind digging around for clues."

What do you like best about Archbee? The best aspect of Archbee is the ability to add any time of information you need. They call it "blocks" and you can embed video, code, script, diagram...whatever and then also rearrange them on the page. What do you dislike about Archbee? Archbee has lots of potential, but in a world where search is going towards video, Archbee's documentation is very much just text based. It would be enormously helpful to have video use cases, video overview of new ...

"Good Note taking and collaboration app"

What do you like best about Archbee? It is very easy to use with lots of integrations. There are quite a few block types allowed to be created in each note What do you dislike about Archbee? I wish we could select the <> html view of the document so that changes could be made to the layout of the document with html code. Such as restarting the numbering of an ordered list after a brake in that list. What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you? Sharing procedures with ...

"Outstanding solution for system documentation"

What do you like best about Archbee? System is nice and quick to use, a great way of providing system documentation to clients. A excellent and comprehensive collection of content 'blocks' to select from. Service seems very reliable with good uptime. Excellent pricing. What do you dislike about Archbee? I prefer the look and some of the workflows of Gitbook - a theme similar to Gitbook would make Archbee perfect. Recommendations to others considering Archbee: A worthy competitor to ...

"Does its job"

What do you like best about Archbee? Having a place to store permanent documents. Archbee has also been crucial for onboarding documents. It is also very user-friendly and does not require much time to learn how to use it. What do you dislike about Archbee? Lack of automation and lack of features that save me time. Archbee does its job so it gets a B+ but features that differentiate it from other wiki providers would push it to the A category. What problems is Archbee solving and how is ...
