What do you like best? Appian has wide offering of online trainings and active community. Variety of application on App market is astonishing. What do you dislike? Implementaiton of simple workflows with very simple integration requires still hundreds of MDs. I do not like the marketing as "low-code" or "no-code" platform as this creates expectation within the senior management that implementaiton will require few MDs which is far from reality.
