AppFolio is the best
AppFolio is the best! It is extremely user friendly. The implementation team was super helpful and walked us through all the steps that we needed to make the transition seamless. Team members are always available to answer questions and provide additional training if necessary. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Appfolio can be tricky to learn but…
Appfolio can be tricky to learn but they have such an excellent tutorial that its easy to follow and learn the system. It is so easy to find things with the site. I don't know how we got along without it honestly.

This is kind of a horrible company
This is kind of a horrible company. I sent them an inquiry to partner with them, which they took forever to respond only to tell me that basically they didn’t have time for the on boarding and I wasn’t important enough lol. Don’t use them

They charge a junk fee on payment by…
They charge a junk fee on payment by bank transfer. Lots of tenants are upset because some landlords insist on payment through this company rather than being paid by bill pay via one’s bank. On top of this, there is the issue of data protection…you are providing your banking info to this company increasing your odds of having your personal info stolen.

Appfolio is constantly enhancing the end user experience. Customer service is reliable and timely. Cost is reasonable. Integrations available are great.

"It's bad AND you're dead to them once you've signed up."
What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Honestly, not much. It's cheap, sorta - watch out for their minimum unit count.

AppFolio makes my day to day job so much easier! The templates, forms, calendars, reports, and customer relationship management functions are easy to learn and use and help make property management manageable.
