"Extracting Text from PDFs with Adobe"

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader? Adobe has one of the highest fidelity text extraction methods for acquiring embedded text from PDFs. I have used many other methods (MS Word, ABBY fine reader, etc.,) and I use Adobe. It is easy to write a programming script to automate large scale text extraction. Definitely recommend.

I'd recommend this. This is a feature you don't see in other apps. Additionally, comments are also a nice feature. It also opens pdfs.
