When we encounter issues there is a whole team of people that are familiar with the system to help! What do you dislike about Acumatica? I am new to a CRM type platform. The learning curve to get myself up to speed was difficult however the use experience once I figured out how to work the system we were off to the races! One system for the whole company, from start to finish, where you can manage the customer's account and anyone on your team will have the knowledge able to support their efforts. Bringing in support, with employee time, and notes on the customers issues.

It is not what I dislike as much as what is missing like Credit Terms status, collection notes, etc..... Some of this needs to be done outside of acumatica. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Gives us true accurate cost. and allows to fix data immediately since it is live therefore do not need to wait till month ...

Sometimes inquiries will take long to load but this can be solved with other tools. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales and production forecasting.
