What do you like best about Acumatica? Acumatica has an easy-to-use user interface and solves many problems businesses face in their processes. Its inventory module provides a lot of needed detail for companies to manage the complexities of tracking products. What do you dislike about Acumatica? The reporting and general inquiry screens can be difficult to use. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Not applicable in my capacity as a consultant.

What do you like best about Acumatica? The ability to be up and running across the various modules in a short amount of time. It is a great solution for small businesses that don't have a lot of resources but need a system with the same level of capability as any system that is out there. The support from our VAR has been world class and the community of users that are always willing to share tips and tricks is a big plus. What do you dislike about Acumatica? The user interface is a great experience and once you get into the workflow of using the platform, it's a powerful tool that will help your team reach new levels of productivity. There's very little to dislike when it comes to Acumatica, the new modules and programs that they are coming out with essentially eliminate anything that we would dislike. What do you like best about Acumatica? At the very beginning of this integration i struggled. But six months into it I am happy with how things have turned out. What do you dislike about Acumatica? I havent had to ask for a ton of support. the one thing I would say needs to be a bit better is the time it takes for them to respond. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Time in responding to tickets and issues

What do you like best about Acumatica? The integration between systems we already use such as Outlook is great. With each update we seem to get another great feature we can utilize. What do you dislike about Acumatica? I do with there was a copy from excel to paste function (ctrl c/ctrl v). Especially for journal entries. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Reconciling credit cards was terrible in our old system. T&E has simplified this process tremendously. ...

What do you like best about Acumatica? Acumatica helps me maintain an accurate P&L, Accurate inventory, and is user friendly! What do you dislike about Acumatica? Sometimes the system can be a little finicky. If you don't do it Acumatica's way, you will face challenges. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been able to keep accurate inventory which has prevented overselling, it has helped us keep an accurate P&L for lending and business success.
