What do you like best? I love that I can send people to one place to see what days and times I have available. In the past, it has been a text, email or FB message back and forth to find a time that works for both of us. That was not the most efficient way to schedule. Great Customer Experience

What do you like best? Customers have an easy time scheduling and there is a lot of data you can collect from the customer! It is easy to have access for multiple employees to access. From a user perspective, setting your own calendar is pretty easy also. What do you dislike? It does not handle different time zones well from the back end. Customers can easily schedule, but Acuity company is in EDT and can create glitches if you do not live in EST and are trying to monitor your hours. ...

Could not schedule a thing on it. The user interface and manuals were not for the simple minded. I'm actually quite technical and still couldn't do it. I tried to schedule something for 4 days spend all in all around 5-6 hours and have now just given up. Not for me, Not worth the hours I'm spending being frustrated trying to sort this out . The helpline was not there. I think you have to send an email or something. Plenty of videos and I watched around 6 of them. the more I watched the ...

Absence of phone hotline make it challenging to use.AT first it looked amazing, and then as I spent hours and hours of creating my appointments types etc, I found out that everyhting was very very difficult to understand, if you don't understand anything, you must send an email to their helpline but I find that they are not that helpful and it took 48 hours to get my first answer. At 30 USD per month, I wished I could have had a quicker answer. They offered me to call someone and to pay ...

"Acuity makes scheduling easy and seamless!"

What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling? Acuity allows students to easily book time with our tutors, it automatically connects with my google calendar and is easy to navigate. Acuity provides direct links to users to give out, it also has embed codes. In my department we have 3 tutors that work together, it is extremely easy to re-schedule students and move them to someone elses calendar when needed.
